Wowsers. This is me. My loved ones don't hear me until I fight for it. Then I'm the emotional/crazy one. It's safer to go away and isolate myself. People hurt me deeply. Especially the ones I love the most.

I totally agree with this. I've met tons of people in the "spiritual community" that are all about love and light but are totally blind to toxic behavior. I do better around people who can identify their own shit and deal with it

All my life, people close to me told me ' Why you get so angry ? ', and I always thought, " Because you never listen ". Actually, often they dismissed me. So finally, I made a decision, to stay away from them. It worked well, because I am more energetic, and feel more confident to express myself. Thank you for showing me that I am not alone.
It is no joke for someone to go through with it condition. I hate people too... To the point where I want to kill them but endurance is the greatest gift to mankind. I see people like us struggle with this hate all of the years I have lived. it is not a a very good way to live life. I am here for you and those whom want to walk the path of peace🚶 stay strong.

I like the idea of writing down your anger and having partner look at it.Would work if partner is mature & cares enough to listen. Sadly too many couples arent interested in listening to one another.

Humanity is very much in its infancy still. We're a very immature race, for the most part. We got a long way to go yet, a LONG way ;) not that there's a rush or anything.. people will learn at their own rate.

I tried all this shit for *years* with my toxic ma.
My advise from my perspective: if someone triggers this pattern within you write them off not your feelings.
Remove toxicity from your life and only surround yourself with those who take you and your emotions and opinions seriously even if they disagree.
Go girl! I love the fact that you appear to be always just keeping a lid on your real feelings for the benefit of the communicated message.

Breaking into my home, robbing my online and offline privacy, reading sensitive personal information without my consent, losing my personal space where I could unwind and don't have to pretend, ruining my sleep, pretending to be someone else just to get close to me, being dishonest, finding no escape in the physical world, still continuing with total disregard of my wishes & mental wellbeing (after pleading, crying, screaming, hitting walls, using drugs, breaking objects) and ruining my relationship with family. And I haven't even mentioned the suffering, death and destruction humans bring towards themselves, other living beings and/or to the environment.
My hatred is very normal. What's keeping me alive is the birds I feed everyday. They at least show appreciation, respect and produce nice sounds. Everything else is dead (to me).
I try to be social every now and then, so people make me remember loneliness is not as bad after all...

I Hate it when people say that Im not worried about you you'll be fine. Just because those people can express openly does not mean they dont need your help to the same degree others do. Thats the the reason people like me intentionally hurt our selves more and suppress our selves is SO we can get that level of attention !

Not true, thats like saying we need not worry about the person who lives a healthy lifestyle when they get some disease just because they live a healthy lifestyle they will be fine, they'll know how to fix it. Awareness of a problem doesn't equal knowing how to fix it, though it is the first of many steps in getting there.

When love is out of reach, I want them to hate me, because if nothing else, I want them to care.
Them who? If that's how you really feel, then why not move forward in your life and make genuine connections with people. You ain't invisible, so you don't have to cry and beg for attention. It's absolutely ridiculous to say such a thing, give yourself some respect.
Yeah it's liberating to admit to a part of oneself that feels hatred, but still I think that one should be mindful not to condone the idea that harbouring hatred is that healthy... I'm quite tired of both ends of the spectrum, the ones who hate absolutely everything and the ones who pretend to be always positive...
What we are really saying when we say "i hate people" is "i fear people". Which is a legitimate feeling considering the condition humanity is in right now. For example; it still amazes me how much i have to give the "good attention, bad attention" talk to grown adults that i would normally give my 5yr old. But people honestly don't know any better just be patient and try not to judge.

I cannot relate to people anymore. As a veteran. As an ex felon. As a black man. Despite all my efforts and good intentions, I've meet nothing bad bad energy, and I've absorbed so much, that at this point I don't even feel bad anymore. And anger is my weapon and shield. All these animals care about is sex and comfort. Refined versions. They've tried to crush me so much that I wanna do the same. And smile. There is no such thing as Sabatoge.
I can totally relate.
That's the same as my eating disorder. It benefits me. It makes food the most desirable thing in the world and it is within my reach. Food is HEAVEN. Mmmmmm food! Oh the sweet relief. Oh the abundance of it. I can get as much as I want until I get sick and I'm finally satisfied. Why would I want to give that up? What is going to meet my needs then?

Sometimes I hate people as well...with a passion. Its not only until after I start to realize the universe is a mirror...if you hate people you will recieve what you put out. Sorry people its just the creepy truth....I know this sounds corny but you gotta spread some positivity if you want to start feeling better

I think we hate ppl because some way we are not doing what makes us happy. I'm not talking about outside happiness....inside what we believe in and powerless about it makes us hate others so we feel we have outside factor to blame on.

The city I live in is like living in a bad twilight zone episode,people follow like robots one by one no smiles,you see it on the streets,one by one same speed same face,you can't break them out of it,they all join together and make it look like your causing trouble,I can't take my kid bike riding cause on my bike path they all race real fast and if your going slow they come up beside you and scream on your left and scare the he'll out of you,you can't tell them to slow down they will laugh at you and say what's the matter can't take it! Or try to sell you it's a safety issue which is carp,for many years nobody ever screamed like that.no head phones for music just loud talking on how much money there are making! No talking cause you can't catch them catching the guy in front.oh how are they in there cars? Well they claim they're enjoying themselves,in till the road rage came along.Going to the store same thing robot thing I'm in a hurry,I can't take them all on myself,I tell a joke look around anybody wanna break these robots out of the spell,no don't look at me,you want trouble,if you looking for a fight they will give you that! Let's call a spare a spade,like George Carlin would say fucking worker ants. You know there are some people trying real hard to make the world a good place or just trying to live and these drama happy idiots make it hard for them.The majority are the idiots why cause the people at the top don't teach them how to act! Robots do what t.v. tells them to do, robots look around to see what the others are doing and they do it.
Charles Duby I like the city you described. I cant stand loud chats in the busses. Smokers, drunks, uneducated loosers on benefits with loud smoked mouths and dirty clothes. Or pjs,.. No manners... the city I see all this in is Glasgow. I shake sometimes with hate. I want everything to be clean organized and polite. I suppose this is just a matter of changing the places we live in 😂

Just one question though... Did you mean that there's no such thing as "self" sabotage? I think I could agree with that based on your explanation, but it sounds like the person who wrote the question was talking about sabotaging "others". To me this would require a different answer....Because it's pretty much obvious that those who sabotage others want to get something out of it....There's no question about it. It would be awesome to hear what your response to THAT would be. My guess is, it would be quite different.
