Hey, great vid thank you. We are first time buyers.. what is must have to have & bonus’.. we getting a 3 bed within Oyster card zone and a bonus of solar panels fitted already..& back shed / living space.
Hi I didn't quite get the Q..? ref solar panels I think they are good for hot climates where you get plenty of sun. A back shed is great for as additional space where planning is much more relaxed for outhouse in gardens. Lastly as a 3 bedroom first time buyers depending on budget I would recommend a house or a flat within a house that's been converted. I would not recommend new build developments as they are hard to sell and also come with lease + annual service charge and ground rent payments due every year. Stick with period property ideally freehold or share of freehold.
@@Montylondonproperty hi Monty. Thanks for the great advice!! My first Q was just what are musts… things to look out for an what is attractive within London / Essex areas.. but you pretty much hit the nail on the head with your answer, so thank you. Gave us a lot more clarity and confidence

Is there any excavation to do in the basement?
No excavation which is good to save cost, as head height is already adequate..👍
