Here we have is the MTA NYC Subway IND (E) Train via the BMT 60th Street (N/R/W) Lines at Lexington Avenue / E 59th Street Station. This (E) Train is headed to Queens which came from Whitehall Street in Lower Manhattan after being re-routed on the BMT Broadway / E 60th St Lines due to signal problems along the IND East 53rd Street Line.

Yeah they were terminating there due to signal issues on the 53rd Line at the time.
