I test rode a second hand ciaz 1.5 diesel, 60k driven. The clutch was vibrating a lot. Is it the same issue

Sir maine bhi apni gaadi mein new clutch plate pressure plate clutch release bearing and clutch cable dalwayi thi and fir bhi meri gaadi mein clutch release krte time bohot zyada vibration aati hai phle se bhi zyada aati hai mechanic ne bola ki flywheel change krna pdega
