It has been rough. Since 2001, I have been using my Palm 505 almost on a daily basis. These days, I do actually use it on a daily basis. And to make things even worse, I once had to replace the battery. I know, I know, it sounds crazy, but over the 21 year period of use, I actually did have to replace the battery once. LOL
I’m a sony minidisc enthusiast and I think it’s cool that the UA-cam algorithm recommended this video. It’s not 100% my thing but it’s fun hanging out with cool people from a sibling subcommunity
I appreciate it, yes youtubes algo is starting to work against youtube's actual self interests which I greatly approve of, I see only what I like and things that seem at least, vaguely cool despite being a bit not what I was looking for too, I've been noticing that, its a nice feature.
Bought Palm TX a month ago, love it. Using it to remind me of appointments, meetings, to do list etc. Not using it for gaming thought but man it has been working for 10+ days after the first charge and i love it.
I loved the video! It have me the warm fuzzy nostalgic feeling to just make my night. I had a Tungsten C for a couple years in highschool, then upgraded to this very model for college, and I played at least half of these games.
I'm shocked at how many games you played on that thing for this review haha. That was really cool man, crazy that you got a new old stock one of these. As a retro nut myself I'd definetly get something like it. Nice video once again.
I still have a Z22 and a Tungsten T3. I still use both for emulation. Thers something about emulating the Game Boy on the Z22 that still feels 'retro,' only beeper sound on that one though.

It's crazy looking at them all lined up and seeing how far they have come.
I know, right? I remember the first time I brought my HTC HD2 to school, someone put her phone next to it and was like "that screen is almost larger than my whole phone" haha. One of the first 1GHz phones, loved Windows Phone 7 on it. Nowadays I'm still on my Note9 from 2018, now with Lineage OS. Back then, using a 6-year-old smartphone was quite uncommon and now it's quite possible (barring battery lol). We've come a long way indeed!
@@NijiDash damn... I remember that, when phones just kept getting bigger and bigger. It's crazy seeing how tiny an iPhone 4 is for example, it's hard to believe that felt normal back then! I hope to be able to get it going as well as you did.
