    I thought the bond would look bad but it's turned out great.👍👍 mixing by hand 😭😭oh the memories. Do you not drill into the brick instead of a mortar joint. Good nice finish though.

    This is absolutely beautiful, but can I ask why the new window is one brick higher than the other two windows? Just curious not a dig, I’m going to be using this as a guide for when I down reduce the size of my bathroom window so I can a bigger shower.

    Hello. Do you know if reducing a window at the front of the house (for an en suite) would require planning permission?
    Thanks.

    Great vid stu sorted the bond a treat 👌 would of looked a dogs dinner with a quarter in it 👍 well done mate. I maybe would of finished it with a jointing iron the existing looks like its had a bucket handle on it but your weather struck looks great aswell.

    Hi Stu, have got to do this exact job with a cavity wall, would you still advise fitting the window first and then bricking up to it as opposed to bricking first and then fitting window after?

    • @Stucrompton1
      @Stucrompton1  6 років тому

    How you clipped the window frame toothing, we were pointing house up years ago and the lad grinding out clipped the door frame on ever joint the only difference being the door frame was not coming out.
