Tobi’s genuine concern over Ethan is extremely lovely to see. Of course I understand why everyone else is laughing, but it’s good that someone has their head in the game 100%.
Compared to Harry and JJ, yeah that’s valid. If I was having a medical emergency, I reckon Tobi, Simon and Josh would be the best sidemen to be around.

Steve lived a fruitful life. He was loved by many, but was a threat to Josh and Freya's relationship so had to be ended 😢
Asthma and Panic Attacks or any condition that messes with your breathing is no joke and quite scary. If ethan loss enough oxygen it's likely he had "Pins and Needles" in his chest and neck which is never fun.
The sidemen were right about Josh having a weird addiction to reacting to sidemen videos 😂😂

2:20 funny enough i was in hospital too around the same time as ethan with an asthma attack i got a lung infection and it caused my asthma to kick up i was in the emergency room on oxygen just like ethan was

The fact that everyone lauged at ethan struggling annoyed me to be honest as someone who has asthma it is awful and is scary not being able to breath.
It's Always funny until you realize it's serious. I've had friends siblings parents act like they are dying and they ain't lol but I've also had serious situations where I am laughing but realize it's real. It's his own fault if his feeling not good why would you stay lol. Don't be annoyed when these things would happen often Ethan stayed there which made them think it wasn't so serious. But yeah terrible for Ethan. I hear his good now though hopefully doesn't happen to him again. I'm sure if it does the boys will show more sympathy.

Dunno if it's to understandable to laugh. Obviously the blame mainly falls on Ethan, should of removed himself from the situation earlier. A lax attitude toward emergencies only gets people injured. Don't be a weirdo scout med pack neek or nothing but make sure your friends are alright, and that they are actually alright, and not putting up a front.
Safety standard on realm life amongus shoot was abysmal. Just takes one fall on your head to end your life. Maybe start by not having people run on wet cardboard. Bunch of rich folks coming up with new ways to waste money and justify their jobs
