Literally mam I am 9 th class student and I have such a big problem like I am always worried about to study so much I did but I don't remember anything I study 4 hours 5 hours 7 hours a day watching so much videos from different different channels try to memorize but I can't 😢😢😢. And the most importantly I wasted my 9th class to understand how to study I tried toppers study routine like everything but i can't.😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😫😫😫😫

Hey i actually got a tip for u thst might work for u i am in eight grade and i have bad habit of studying one day before exam but i will try to help u rather than studying 6 or 5 hours and not understanding anything u can do one thing make a plan like on Monday u will be studying this subject and this many chaps for eg monday sst 4 chaps and rather than just studying the topics u don't know watch a UA-cam explanation video and then try to answer it ur self and study the chaps try this it might work and after u study one chap make sure to have a 10 min break i do this all the time before exam and it works for me but i would recommend u to do this daily for better results

Eat dinner
Take 10 minute break

Sleep at 1am
