Soothing Lotus Noise | 12 Hours | Black Screen | For Deep Sleep, Healing, Stress and Tinnitus Relief

- Ok, so bear with me here as I've ventured into something new. I'd really appreciate any feedback you have.
This Soothing Lotus noise marks my first attempt at blending subtle melodic chords, drones, and tones - essentially, a mix of healing music - with my usual ambient sound.
Why Lotus? Well, it's been a symbol of healing for centuries, deeply rooted in Traditional Eastern medicine and cuisine. It embodies purity in Buddhist and Hindu traditions, and its medicinal use spans generations.
So, my usual technique involves recording the lotus flower being brushed and rustled, elongated and filtered. Then, I've added melodic tones-those soothing tunes you often hear at spas or during meditation. Specifically, I've incorporated two solfeggio tones (528hz and 417hz) played on a synth, layered behind the ambient sound.
As mentioned before, the 528hz tone is linked to stress reduction and hormone level balance, while the 417hz is known for clearing negative energy from your aura and environment, promoting restful sleep.
This might be the first and last time I combine ambience with a melody, so let me know what you think! If it resonates with you, I might consider giving it another shot in the future.

Wow, this is so different from what you usually do but its wonderful! I love that the musical tones are clearly in the background and the white noise in the focus. That makes it easier for my brain to zone out and not focus on a melody.

LOVE THE USUAL SOUNDS MIXED WITH HEALING TONES. New fave, more, pretty please! You keep on topping yourself. These are also wonderful for anxious dogs (playing it rather far away from the neighbors dog and his 2 hours of barking, saw him snoozing otw out, I’ve told his owner about them as well! ❤

@@sound_asleep_asmr Insomnia is awful. 52 and always had onset insomnia since I was a child and have tried everything under the sun. Certain ambient tracks, natural sounds and mellow instrumental pieces help but definitely not a panacea for the problem. Either way, thank you, sleep, like health does not have a price tag.
