This is the song that got me to pick up bass guitar, it feels like a mountain to climb cause it’s just such a crazy tune and finally having a fretless just makes it more tempting to learn, I love this album for everything steve does but this song has always stood out especially for that cool bridge part around 1:30. I’m really glad I finally got to see Steve rock with testament this year cause he really is one of my biggest inspirations on bass guitar and just oozes with cool

i havent listened to death for years. but i play certain songs on the bass regularly. i just got a video suggestion from the one i play the most. "crystal mountian" in the comments of that video i explained how it was creepy that google/youtube recommended someones cover of that song to me. In another comment i mentioned steve digorgio being the best bass era of death. Then i immediately get this video.
