I think one fo the most amazing things is how many people you get in the Monumental I was watching Wrestlemania 39 the other day and they were proud about having 80k fans in attendance, we have 80k every single local match
I am a diehard River Plate fan. I was in the Monumental during the Libertadores final of 2015 vs Tigres . Torrential downpour did not dampen spirits, they sang 1 hour before , during the whole game and 2 hours after...the streets were flooded after and my sneakers fell apart ...i didnt care. I have also gone to other games during my trips to Argentina, once in Sante Fe vs Colon , and others in the Monumental vs Patronato and SMSJ. The atmosphere is always intense..

Thanks for another great video. Just one thing I want to mention, there is new paint and seats coming during this year for the whole third floor. Once that’s done and that lower section at the right side of the stadium is finished it’s going to be really amazing! It’s also a brand new restaurant at the second floor that’s going to be open 24/7 and a few more things. River is still growing bigger and bigger.
