There's a certain UA-camr group, which I feel that it treats it's employees (camera crew/editors) as ''second class citizens''. With the Sidemen I never get that feeling. They genuinely feel like a friend group. Kon ''works for them'' but he can still banter with Josh and they have a bond that goes years back. With this UA-camr group I'm thinking about, the ''banter'' only goes 1 direction. The bosses of that channel can make fun of their employees, while I never seen their employees do the same. That just screams toxic work environment to me.
