Can you have this wired to work with door assist and dome light when you alarm your car?

I would assume so, you would have to find what circuit that’s on and tap that wire. I would wonder then though if it would work while driving at night. You might have to choose one or the other. Unless that’s what your asking. In theory it would work to whatever power source you want it to start or run on. In my case I chose to have it on any time the ignition is on. So if you wanted it with the courtesy lights I don’t see why you couldn’t do the same! Hope that helps. 😉

The extra fuse you have there is not the provided extra fuse?

Looking at the manual it looks like its fuse number 19

Hello 👋. So I actually ended up using a different one than the video because when I finished and went to lock the car the lights stayed on. So I went back into the fuse panel and tested the fuses with the acc mode on and off and found one that turns off when you turn off the car and on when you power up the car so it works like the factory set! Hope that helps.

Help: I used the same fuse you did and the lights don’t turn on. Did you switch the fuse location?

Great vid! But could you tell me which fuse you are using? I did everything like you, but the lights won‘t Turn on. I checked them with the 12V (cigarrete in the middle) and they turn on..

Hi 👋. Thank you for the kind words. We Originally tried to use the moon roof fuse but quickly figured out that that wouldn’t power on the lights. We ended up using a 12 V tester and with the car powered on we found a fuse that stayed on and then when the car was powered off that the fuse lost its power, so that the lights would have the ability to work like OEM lights and just turn on and off when the car is powered up or down. I hope that helps!!! Let me know if you have any more questions! I’m happy to try and answer!

Thanks a lot for your answers - so the big question is now: which fuse do you use now? 🙈
