Sir what is advantage of double acting actuator over a single acting actuator?

Whenever the requirement is Fast Operation of Valves then use Double Acting instead of Single Acting.
Double Acting: We are using Instrument Air for Open/Close the Valves.
Single Acting: We are Using Instrument Air For Open the Valves but For Closing the Valve Spring is placed if use this instead of Double Acting then there may be more chance of Malfunction.
