You should react to actual videos and channels, and maybe give tips and stuff you would improve on. For example if you see a channel that just started and has only made a couple of videos then just watch through it and give tips where you can to help out.

2:49 as a texan down in Houston area no tornadoes at all becuase the top of texas is in tornado alley not the bottom. But if ya dont like hurricanes how about you go somewhere else
As a person that lives in Texas I can confirm it is like that but only up by Dallas and Oklahoma down south and southeast is hurricane can where I live Houston got hit by hurricane beryl and lost power for a couple of days
No, neither. I think it comes down to personality and quality of your video concepts. Editing and a PC are skills and items that can be gained over time. Phone editors are a pain but they're totally doable and free to obtain.
