I think apko Oneplus 8T Global Dual SIM ko consider krna chahiye..usmay SD865 better and stable perform krta ha gaming may....heat usmay bhi hogi... but SD888 overheat may popular ha... baki Oneplus 9 bhi solid ha...choice apki ha..

iPhone 11 pro has 5.8 inch screen which is a bit small than iPhone XS max.
Apart from this, iPhone 11 pro has:
-- better selfie camera and front video
-- ultra wide camera
-- slightly better processor and will get 1 more software update than XS max
If you think these small upgrades are necessary then you can go for iPhone 11 pro. Otherwise XS max is also fine. For future proofing it's better to upgrade to iPhone 11 pro or 12 pro. But at the end it depends on your personal decision and budget.

i have used multiple iPhones throughout. If you use Original or MFi Adapter and Cable you won't have any battery health issue and to be honest even if your battery health drops it's not an issue The battery is meant to degrade. It's not a big issue. If Your battery retains 80% or above battery health after 500 charge cycle it's perfectly fine
