Love it! Thank you! I'm using the same exact tee for some hip hop dogs I'm putting on it. Before I start selling it I want to sub it, wash it and see what it looks like. I just forgot what temp and time I should use so I came to you, haha! Thanks! XOXO (I've been working a lot on my HTV prints - that's why I forgot.) 😂🤣😅 Update: my shirt came out perfect. It's in the wash now to see how vintage it gets.
How would you do a sublimation htv onto a black poly cotton blend shirt? I jave a friend that wants some shirts made... They are black 50/50 poly cotton and the logo is black white and blue
so the shirt didn't absorb too much ink? the sheet still looked saturated and the shirt looked a bit dull compared to 95% polyester or was it the video that made it look like that?
It actually took very well but it being a 65/35 blend it wouldn’t be as vibrant as a normal 100% poly tshirt. Also the lighten sucks lol I attempted to use the same sheet on an only shirt and it was super faded so most of the ink went into the first print.
@@Mrotg2u right on. I figured. Just finding 100% blanks has been very challenging. Especially if the client has very vibrant artwork. Thanks for the response! Awesome video by the way!
I used the general paper that comes with the printer. I’ve used A-Sub in the past which was cool. That sublimation paper from the Tshirt buddy I’ve heard is pretty good too.
Nice 👍. Love the vantage look
Thank you so much! You are a great teacher!! Appreciate you!!

Thanks for this, lots of useful tips!
Have you tried the red or blue heat transfer tape? I find that it is better than the gold. The gold often times leaves a lot of residue on the shirts.

Also I am 100% new to sublimation...
Get into dtf/ transfers as you can print on every type of fabric.
But I have sublimated on glitter htv and heat pressed it on the garment
Hi from across the pond. Liked your video but could you please tell me the name of the paper you used.
I am using the paper that came with my Epson printer
Is the 65/35 blend a softer, more airy t-shirt?
@@dragonx216 yes and see kind of see through
I used that design about a year ago myself lol
❤️

TFS… new sub👍🏽
What ink do you use? Thanks
I used the standard Epson ink that comes with the printer
@@Mrotg2u so your epson is a sublimation printer, and did not need to be converted, correct? Thanks
