Witnesses report that for three seconds time seemed to slow and one of 096's arms barely missed The Bully's face, whom looked at both the fist and 096 with puzzled amazement, then the fist retracted and time returned to its normal speed. A brief fist-fight at speeds faster than the human eye can detect but mounted high-speed cameras on the containment team's helmets ensued with nearly every strike from 096 missing The Bully. Eventually however The Bully was struck and he was slammed into a parked car nearby on the ground below. "My back! Oo- ugh! My back!!!" The Bully groaned and winced as he stood up. Strangely enough 096 made no attempt to assault him while this occurred, but charged in after The Bully stood up straight, glared, and declared he would "Put some dirt in his eye". The fight came to a sudden unexpected end when 096 charged once more from the side of the building and arrived in front of The Bully to receive a facefull of dry dusty dirt seemingly scooped from the ground. 096 emitted a previously-unrecorded shriek and fell to the ground into the fetal position. The Bully sneered first at 096, then at the containment team that surrounded them both. He was instructed to surrender in the interest of protecting the citizens on the promise that he'd not be harmed, but he arrogantly responded that he "Missed the part where that's MY problem." His demeanor changed to one of annoyance and concern when a still-unidentified man in common clothing stormed out of a nearby apartment complex and demanded that The Bully "Give me rent!" He was also instructed to accompany the containment team seeing as the two of them seemed to know one another, but they seemed to forget the Containment Team was there at all when the driver's side door fell off the smashed car and onto the pavement. The Bully gained an angry expression and shouted at the newcomer "You'll get your rent, when you fix this DAMN DOOR!" The newcomer suddenly looked hesitant, then seemed to fade from existence entirely. The Bully then performed an odd and out-of-date victory dance involving a ferry-wheel like motion with his fists, and humping the air in front of him. As he did so, the song That Funky Soul began to play out of nowhere. When he finished he was once more instructed to follow them, and seeming to have had a docile personality switch, he did so. Since then The Bully has disappeared and reappeared several times from his holding cell. Though he rarely assaults normal humans, he seems to take delight in challenging and curb-stomping hostile SCPs that he's not encountered before, usually using the same dialog while fighting and usually dominating them with the 'Landlord' SCP showing up occasionally as well.
