It’s amazing how AJR can make any of these random words work in a song
IKR , just saw them in concert on friday. It was so much fun. When the song was Karma at the end they let the audience fill in the lyric blank and a lot of people were singing it and I didn't know that part. It was so awkward and upsetting.
What's even cooler is that once you've hear the song once there's no other word that could fit, makes it easy to learn the songs.

I felt a bit robbed from that one, for sure... but- if it's any consolation, the placement of each word makes it slightly different... so kudos to whomever got it right from looking at the word AND the spacing (as opposed to guessing correctly)

I came into this confidently. And only got like 1 of them. Then when I saw what song they were from for most of them. I felt like I should've gotten it. This was legit harder than I thought it'd be. I even had a playlist with the song names on it to help me remember a little.

The only ones I didn’t get was The Good Part because I don’t think I’ve ever heard that one and bud like you because I always forget that song
There's a difference between hearing the song and looking at the words for me. Because when they give you once second of the song to guess or something, I can always continue the song in my mind but never remember its name. But with this, I can always remember the song's name, just not the part of the song it comes from. Which is lucky, because they're quizzing you on the song's name, not the rest of the line. For example, when I saw the word "rumors," I was like, "There's no other song this could be used in than 'Drama' " and I was correct. I didn't actually remember, I just knew that it was in "Drama." When I saw "imagination," I knew that it was "Next Up Forever" because I knew it would have to rhyme with "I'm kinda scared of graduation." Other times there was less guessing, like with "shivering," because I knew: "Oh yeah, it's that one segment in 'Don't Throw Out My Legos,' isn't it? What did it sound like again?" Anyway, I got everything except for "waiter." "Twitter" confused me because I had to guess between Way Less Sad and Burn The House Down, but I just stuck with my gut and somehow got that one.
