Here is the much awaited 2024 Ather Rizta EV along with the Ather Halo Helmet. Priced from Rs 1.09 lakh onwards, the Rizta will be available in 3 versions. Range varies between 123km and 160km depending on the battery pack you pick. Deliveries will start from July 2024

Halo helmets are priced equivalent to a basic smartphone or headphones, with safety, entertainment and connectivity for a rider where he is totally helpless. If one can buy a smartphone, nobody should have problem for buying these helmets. My opinion. ❤

While reviewing this plz check following things, as the seat overhangs after rear wheel axle,
1. Try tripling with heaviest person at rear, does this lifts or lightenes the front wheel ?
2. Or anybody seating at rear with luggage in between 2 people, does this scooter looses grip at front wheel ?
3. How the battery location helps to balance the scooter ?

After owning an Ather for over 2 years, I wouldn't recommend it. Many of us choose Ather for its cost-effectiveness, but unfortunately, the after-sales service and costs are quite disappointing.
Here are some key issues I've encountered:
The service quality is unsatisfactory.
Maintenance costs are excessively high (For instance, a tyre change costs around 350 Rs, which is comparable to the labor cost of servicing a petrol vehicle).
When the scooter is taken in for servicing, they often overlook critical inspections.
Replacement parts are prohibitively expensive.

No fire incidentz till date. Good service and good build quality.

2 incidents: first one was when a scooter arrived in service center for repair after accident and repair guy mistakenly threw water over the battery, it blasted and scooter burnt totally; second was when multiple scooters were being transported for showroom and the truck driver tried to do some mischief with one of the scooters. BTW I am myself using Ather 450 x from past 5 months no problem.
