Another great video of Blackpool, as for the benches being removed in St John's Square, I think they are being used inside the Winter Gardens during the festival, just saw a photo on X and a friend, who paid a whopping £300 for a ticket, is sitting on one very similar to those usually outside, or are they inside and out, who knows.
Yes I recently found this out they used the benches inside.

Hi fella, the benches are not taken away to discourage drinking in the street. They're actually placed inside the Winter Gardens in two of the 6 stages used. They're a godsend for us ageing punks.😂 It's officially a 4 day festival but with the fringe events, it unofficially starts on Wednesday.

Hi mark great video another lovely day in Blackpool and the punk rockers are no bother and no trouble day 1 of rebellion festival is off and running there will be more people coming into Blackpool this weekend and yeah they move the benches last year to it is stupid people like to sit on then the punk rockers are so friendly and you can have a photograph taken with them and they bring a lot of money into Blackpool and when I come to Blackpool in September hope the weather is nice and next weekend it will be even more busy with the air show on lots of more people coming into Blackpool and the weather is nice and mark did you hear about the UA-cam outside the Metropole hotel he got assaulted outside the Metropole because he filming and you are allowed to film in public it was a migrant who assaulted him with a walking stick and that person who asked you for money what the hell was he going on about does this person know you are allowed to film in public hope you are alright mark great video mark take care from Keith

Hi Mark great vlog unfortunately I encountered that guitar 🎸 punk last year he wanted money off me I told him to do one he wasn’t even playing that guitar 🎸 take care mate
Yes everybody else is very genuine always happy to have your photograph their photograph taken I should say.
But I learned a lot about this guy from somebody that sent a message which you may find in the messages.
He's not a real punk. Andy carries his card machine in his pocket and he works out on London on the Camden area..
But this is one person.

Hi I can't believe they have took all the seating away shame on Blackpool council there is a lot of elderly like to sit when doing there shopping and watch the world go bye and the punks havnt come for any trouble they bring hell of a lot of money into the place ,I'm a new subscriber and I really enjoyed this video 😊😊😊

The busker who asked you for payment is called John Guelfi, I believe he's from Italy & also busks in London. He charges people to have their photo taken with him so he gets stroppy if anyone films him or takes a picture for free, there are other Rebellion videos on youtube where you can see him demanding payment from people. He is not a genuine punk, he just dresses like one, any punk can see that his hair is not a proper punk style, it's just long hair formed into two spikes & sprayed rather than dyed & his guitar, the music he plays & his gestures are not punk, they're metal.
There was a more famous pretend punk in Camden ( Guelfi also busks in Camden ) who called himself ZombiePunk, a guy from Brazil who would charge tourists for a photo with him, he was accused of sexual harassment & is banned from Camden. There's several youtube videos of him.
There are hundreds of genuine punks walking about Blackpool who will happily allow you to take a picture of them, so why would he think anyone would pay him for the privilege?
Over the years I've took so many still photographs and asked people and they've always been absolutely fine everyone at this weekend is fantastic but all very friendly just this one guy got stroppy ...

Well I found out about this one it's not a real punk fan he's Italian and he basks and he gets pestered people for money down in Camden.
If you look through the comments there's a guy that's made a full comment about him they're all lovely people don't cause any trouble they always talk to you and they always want happy to have a photograph taken..
It was just this one guy who apparently is a fake punk from what somebody has messaged me but you're welcome to find that message and have a look thank you for watching have a great weekend

Hi Mark good video except that Punk who was playing music and asked for money you should have reported him to the police who were just next to you the punk had no right to ask you for money on public land you can film whatever you like in public I would have told the police.
Giving a few pounds to our local homeless people I don't have a problem with every now and again if I know they're buying food with it and not alcohol and drugs.
But this when I said I have no cash put who scored machine in my face.
Unlock you say I can record and take photographs of what I want in the public without asking anyone's permission and like always will continue to do so.
