I find it hard to believe the newest comment is two years old. Since I found this I listen at least monthly. It is so beautiful. I also watch the play. Never get tired of it. Love the music and the vocals.
I totally missed it when it was released in 1998...I got back from my first trip to Paris 2 weeks ago and cannot stop listening and watching these videos...reminiscing about my walks along The Siene river.

La première fois que j'ai vu la comédie musicale "Notre-Dame de Paris" était dans ma classe de français et j'ai adoré! Maintenant, je trouve cette vidéo avec des stars de la comédie musicale et je suis vraiment excité ... ont passé plus de 10 ans et les voix résonnent fantastique, surtout "mon" star préférée ... maintenant il grisonnant Daniel Lavoie! ... Merci pour le partage!

I love how Helene sings along to all the songs! They are all so great together and you can sense the friendship between them- I love how they act out the song when the others are singing! Patricks face during "La Monture" is brilliant!

The fact nobody mentions the composer of all the music is UNCONCEIVABLE - it's the main reason of the success of the MUSICal. Shame on them all.
Vous avez raison...je ne comprends pas que le compositeur ne soit jamais mis à l'honneur..vu la merveilleuse musique qu'il a écrite..je vous donne raison à 100% : Ricardo Cocciante est un cadeau du ciel...mais vous savez le compositeur du musical Roméo Juliette Gérard Presgurvic connait le même sort ou pire encore.
Il faut aussi savoir que Cocciante se fait plus rare en France. Il a choisi de vivre en Italie...alors qu'il a passé son enfance en France sa maman étant française.
Par contre je sais que Ricardo a fait beaucoup de télés pour la promotion .
Lui et Plamondon en ont certainement assez de faire des télés autour de NDDP.
La présentatrice les a mentionné, ainsi que Victor Hugo d'ailleurs

I love "les oiseaux qu'on mettre en cage" so much, my favorite song of the whole musical. A chaque fois que je regarde cette musucale je la repasse au moins 3 fois. En fait je viens juste de la regarder au boulot.

Мне так нравится их взаимоуважение и кайф ,когда кто-то поет. Они слышали эти тексты тысячи раз, они знают песни наизусть, но продолжают внимательно вслушиваться, подпевать. Хелен( неуверена что правильно пишу ее имя, извините) вообще утирала слезы. Они такие чуткие и милые ,ощущаются как друзья, которые пришли на встречу одноклассников.
