Hi Justin, question: would it be easier to create three separate forms for three separate inspection visits for the same employee?
- visit 1 (Date), field criteria
- visit 2 (Date), same field criteria just associated with visit 2
- visit 3 (Date), same field criteria as visit 1 and 2
I would like the responses to live on one sheet. Thanks

Yes! You could definitely do that. Another option, if you’d rather have all 3 on one row, is to have visit 1 be a form, but visit 2 and 3 would be status updates on that row. Here is a video I made on Status Updates: ua-cam.com/video/JOhYgFYEzZo/v-deo.html
