Hi Justin, question: would it be easier to create three separate forms for three separate inspection visits for the same employee? - visit 1 (Date), field criteria - visit 2 (Date), same field criteria just associated with visit 2 - visit 3 (Date), same field criteria as visit 1 and 2 I would like the responses to live on one sheet.
