That is so interesting about ordering from other places. So you have to speak Portuguese in order to order outside where you are? Why is it like this do you know?
oh it’s only because of the language barrier. A lot of the system is done online and can be really confusing as the translation isn’t great and most of the post office workers i’ve encountered either havent spoken much english which is completely fine, but in turn don’t seem to be very accommodating to the fact that I don’t speak portuguese. Only time i’ve had a negative experience for not speaking Portuguese tbh! 🫶🏼 hope that clarifies things xxx
