Outside stitching between the fingers catches slightly when making micro adjustments on the clutch lever at friction point. Annoying, probably will get used to it.
I sent gloves back for an exchange over 3 weeks ago but nobody from Urban Rider has the decency to contact me and advise on where my gloves are, I have sent 2 emails asking for an update. Sort your customer service out.
@@UrbanRiderlondon I received an email today saying once you receive the gloves you will provide an exchange in 7-10 days. The gloves were delivered to your office on 18th July. Please provide me with a full refund instead of the exchange as I don't want to ever have to deal with this company again. Thank you
