The summer has been really awful but it's going away quickly and everyone is hoping and praying for a decent series of storms this winter. Those trees are really massive! When I saw you walk up to General Sherman, it is really amazing to see how small you are in comparison to just the tree trunk. The park looks absolutely incredible! It is really sad to see all the wildfires happening in that area right now. I really hope General Sherman and the other giant sequoias end up being OK! I would love to go check out the park in the future!
Yeah man it was a stunning sight to see! Not to mention how fresh the air is all around. Hoping they can put the fires out soon. It’s an amazing park to visit when you get a chance!
