I can't get enough of these dancers. I've watched this many times already. I've always known the soul that has flowed from Japan through Jazz, but this is a bonus.
The fusion the girl in the yellow pants gave was perfect you can feel the black American culture and the Asian culture in all her moves she switches from soul to traditional Asian seamlessly. Beautiful simply Beautiful.
Love how other cultures celebrate old school black rhythm and music today especially the younger generation of these cultures. Too bad the young black kids today have no sense of this music or even properly acknowledge it. The dance steps are smooth, on beat and hypnotic. Also giving a nod to the music genius and dance superiority of the old school sound and movements. Outstanding job.
I am totally elated to see dancing to this magnitude. I am so proud of this dancing troupe. James Brown would have loved to have seen this. This is so dope!!!!
Gaaaahd-daaaaaum! I don't even know where to start with this! Hard to say which is better, the choreography or the execution. And yellow pants, especially, but they were all great, individually and as an ensemble. This is the kind of thing that lifts the spirit! To high heaven!

Yep. Every single move we did on dance floors across America back in the day. The girl in the yellow pants had a couple of super smooth moves to add to the collection. She was all in way in. To the marrow! Love it!!!

Not only can I see the soul in their dance, I can witness every beat and instrument in their moves as well. Its not just dancing to the music, its dancing in it. Absolutely love this.
Dancing in the music. YES!
So much fact
Dancing in the music. I never heard that phrase before. I love it.
It's soul dance ( the dance style )
Let me just say this! The swag, the funkiness, the flow, I don't care how much a person can do isolation choreography and precision but this is what I love seeing in dance the movement, flow, swag that makes you want to join in and move.. They got everything it looks like someone been watching 70s soul train video lol..Kpop idols your turn....
"Makes you want to join in and move"
SOULTRAIN vibes for sure. Love the 70s costuming and the silky smooth moves.
Incredible! James Brown would’ve been impressed. Perfect blend of cultures, peoples, movement n’ sound. Incredible dancers and choreography, looking forward to seeing more.
This ain’t James Brown lol.
Do It Right by A Tribute to Funk.
@@dizzow😂😂😂😂 this is definitely James Brown.😂😂😂
NO ....James Brown would not be impressed...
@@dizzowthis IS James Brown, lol, I know MY OWN PEOPLE “music” and it’s from a African American aka Black American. Don’t EVER speak for MY PEOPLE and end up making YOURSELF look like a clown, lol… In the future know the HISTORY of African American.
@@kennethmartin323 You sound like you're upset that you can't rob them.
As a 61 year old Mexican-American (male) that's been dancing since I was 12 .. that was inspirational, clean and timed so well. Usually you can tell the technical dancers 1,2,3 -1,2,3..etc, this group moved with heart and soul! Watched this too many times now..kudos!!
OMG!!! I was on Soul Train in 1973!😂 This would have blown EVERYBODY'S minds, and I am happy Polish wife turned me on to it! I am Virginia, near Charlottesville,VA. Music rules you guys!🌍🌎🌏❤🎶🎶😅
These ladies have Soul , their dancing looked effortless.I love it
There is actually one male in the group. All the way to the right, behind the checkerboard pantsuit.
They killed this!! ❤
...and buried.
I love this. Been watching it over and over for two years!!
My cousin sent me the short clip when it first came out. I searched high and low for this full version. Have lost count of the number of times that I’ve watched it. It is absolutely brilliant, the fusion and the laidback choreography which looks so effortless until you actually try doing it. Moga A, thank you for this.
HOLY SMOKES!!!!!!! The choreography, style and pinpoint steps are 100% DOPE!!!!!! - Music is the key to bring us together!!
JESUS CHRIST IS THE KEY
These awesome dancers not only danced independently of each other, but also danced in sync with each other, now that's talent, this was so mesmerizing and captivating, especially the girl in the yellow pants, she was absolutely crisp and fluid and on point, she definitely has natural soul, and that is not to take away from the other dancers, but the girl in the yellow pants was swinging her arms and popping her hips and swaying her legs with such timing and soul I just couldn't keep my eyes off of her
Innovative , accurate , athletic, joyful, genius. This brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.
This is so far the best performance I've ever seen. Specially the girl on the front with yellow pants. She is amazing. Congratulations to all of you

This is one of my favorite videos on UA-cam; those kids brought allllll the funk! Just excellent!🙏🏾❤️👑🎶🌍👏🏾
Can not stop watching this. It is so awesome to watch. Everyone dancing is so good. The choreography is great!. Some of those moves I have never seen before. WOW!
Smooth.
Oh I love you guys SOOOO much! I watch it whenever I need a quick bit of cheer and that has to be a gazillion times! I scrolled through the responses here and I'm not alone in that value. Thank you for adding some love to this planet!
Just keep coming back to watch this groove, smooth......the perfect choreography for JB funk. The Dancers are perfection!!!
I hear that. I did.
That spin and drop to the knees of the girl in polka dots was amazing and so on point. This group is amazing!
I love her smooth moves 😉💗
This has to be the funkiest dance group I've ever seen. WOW! Thank you Moga Almeri you are INCREDIBLE! Need to see more of this...
Really😂
I loved that 70's vibe. Well danced and Beautifully done!!! That's my era.
Gaaaahd-daaaaaum! I don't even know where to start with this! Hard to say which is better, the choreography or the execution. And yellow pants, especially, but they were all great, individually and as an ensemble. This is the kind of thing that lifts the spirit! To high heaven!
This is so refreshing, invigorating and stimulating. God bless them!!! It's amazing. I've watched it 7 times in 2 days.
I love yall so much I'm literally in tears...of euphoria for the most coolest, smoothest, bad-ass move yall put together. That yall youngin' (w/all due respect) find the most baddest song in the world and rocked the mutha-cuttin' ish out of it. The choreography is on point. The song took me back to basement parties in Brooklyn where my peeps use to "Get Down" to James Brown. Do yall know how "Bad" you all are? Outfits smashing and everything. Thank you for the greatest UA-cam video on 2022. Yellow pants Mama, you got swaggggggggg!
The ladies are sooòooo cute
Omg, so true! Great comments on an epic video
Same! I'm watching on repeat and crying while smiling and laughing at the beauty of music and how ALL cultures can appreciate and enjoy.
The dance is awesome Angela are you American
@@stevegreg Yes I am! Born & Raised! 😇
Simply Amazing. I come back to watch this every few weeks. Makes me so happy!
As a funk soul musician, all I can say is: KILLER TIGHT! You gotta feel it to do it! Impressive! Well done! Keep it going!
I was ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED!! This chorography was so smooth and seamless, just the flow of it how in sync they were. Just awesome! BRAVO!!!!
The first time I saw this, I couldn't help but hurt myself trying to copy their moves. I'm not exactly young anymore. But, I was born at a nexus that allowed me to experience the music and, dance of multiple generations. I can safely say that this is some of the grooviest, funk out there.
Keep on keepin' on!
This video just NEVER gets old! Love the song and their interpretation of the music. Great combination!!!
I watched this more than 100 times , but still is amazing to me thanks for music, thanks to dancers , and special thanks to coordinator
Yep. Every single move we did on dance floors across America back in the day. The girl in the yellow pants had a couple of super smooth moves to add to the collection. She was all in way in. To the marrow! Love it!!!

Spot on
It’s such a contrast the JB music and words with conservative Japanese tradition…..this makes it so catchy and brilliant! Thank you for thinking out of the box. Tight Fire 🔥
They get'n it!! This was us as kids in the 70's ....every Friday and Saturday night---with the adults. LOVE IT!
To use a 70s phrase, "You ain't never lied." Man there wasn't nothing like a stack of albums and just dancing in the basement, somebody barbecuing, sweating, just having fun 😁 These kids just sent me back in time 💯
The young lady in yellow pants nailed it. Beautiful movements
There's choreography, then there's choreography; there's soul, then there's soul; there's groove, then there's groove ; there's dance then there's this. There's wow, then there's WOW! Spellbound by this clip
Wow, this group of ladies absolutely nailed this....funky, symmetry, energy, rhythm and everyone of them was soul....100%
Sometimes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This is simply as good as dance gets. Perfection.
This is the epitome of perfection that the godfather of soul demanded. James Brown is looking down with a huge smile. The sister in the yellow pants is so smooth it's like she has no bones. She flows like silk.
As a white long-haired old man born in the USA, raised in southern California and still living on the Southern California coast. . . I can't stop watching this video. It just feels too good! Thank you? Is their a longer version? If not it's okay, I'll just play it over and over and over . . .
They killing the "S" out of this. Especially the 3 ladies in the front. So much SOUL is put into this. This just made me smile.
Yes in deed
Don't sleep on the two ladies with red hats! Their subtle, still gettin after it!
Smiling too.
That was phenomenal!
These kids can FEEL the music. Fantastic
They Rockin that Soul Train Style all day long! 70’s was the best!!💃🏽🕺🏾 Music transcends all boarders and nationalities. This is a beautiful tribute to the Godfather of Soul and those who played an instrumental role in that era of Black music and dancing !
I just literally have to say it again. I've been watching this video for at least a year and I haven't ever seen any expression of dance move me more. And I've been looking! These ladies give me joy. They make me want to learn every move they're making and join in. Let's have a giant Doing it to Death video! That everybody joins in
I was thinking that same thing. I'm 68 but still got the moves. Well almost. lol
How do we go about doing that? I would really participate and pass it on.
LETS DO THIS...
This is and always will be one of my favorites and brings a smile to my face
This is excellent. Every move goes perfectly with the beat and words. I especially loved the part when their arms are moving wildly to “highhhher”. Their clothes are oddly retro and new at the same time-love the colors.
EVERYONE did their thing!!! But that girl in the yellow pants absolutely killed it!! WOW
The choreography is off the chain. Can’t wait for your next one.❤
True.
Having actually grown up watching my parents dance and listen to this when I was just a little girl, it warms my heart seeing it still impact so many people especially globally. James Brown is an icon.
I have watched this over and over!! I love it. All of them killed it especially yellow pants and plaid jumpsuit. Sassy jumpsuit as well. They all made it come alive!!!!
They had me smiling the entire time especially the one with the black belt. These young ladies are good. The performance was clean n crisp. Their execution was stellar.
This gave me chills seeing it. The vibes are too good. Took me back to when I danced in a crew. They are too dope! I love this!!!
中毒性高すぎて定期的に見に来てしまう・・・
😂Same feel
Our hats are off to you Moga_Almeri. Simply exquisite. All of the dancers are excellent and did a magnificent job, but I must say the young lady in the yellow pants was so good, she seemed almost to be having an out-of-body experience. You can't fake that kind of pure joy. Wonderful to watch.
I concur. You can't teach that kind of talent. You are either born with it or not. She's special
That's Moga, she the choreographer. Yellow Pants
I lived/grew up in the hood all of my youth, Harlem and Brooklyn, I grew up in the 70s, Yellow pants and the posse definitely got my respect, They are talented, And their energy is amazing, Golf clap to the ladies, They nailed it yo!😺 👍👍👍✅💯😎🐼

I too survived Bklyn in the '70s. Also spent Five yrs in Japan; they don't 1/2-ass nuthin'!
I felt like they watched every soul train from the 70s and manifested it perfectly with so much soul and style...this was a vibe.
I literally fall in love with several of them!
Can't take my eyes off you guys. JB is somewhere in Heaven loving your work.
They’re all very good but the young woman in the yellow trousers is KILLING IT.
Yes, and she moves to the middle as to not steal the show.
@@alfredgalan1912 That is the Choreographer herself!
Yellow 👖
I love to watch this and watch it over and over because it is beautiful. The choreography and fluidity and precision of the dance demonstrate the power of Black American culture - it transcends geography, race, and everything else- that is Soul!
OMG Where Have I been. I cannot beleive what I am seeing. PERFECTION. INNOVATIVE. STUNNING. CREATIVE. Beat Surf Tendo Dancers.
The lady in the yellow pants is so captivating she's hard not to watch her timing and moves are perfect but they're all incredable good dancers, watching this makes me smile a lot and have a funky good time...
TRUE!
I'm an ADOS man that lived in Japan for 13 years.
One thing that I love about Japanese people, is that when they're genuinely interested in a particular aspect of ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery) culture, they devote themselves to it 100%.
Love 'ADOS '❤ culture.
So should we all start identifying ourselves using acronyms based on our ethnic group’s past suffering? There would be far too many to keep track of.
So damn good. Danced to the essence of the music and not one twerk. Excellent.
Twerk, is nasty!
twerking is part of some African and Caribbean dance. There's nothing wrong with the dance, just what some people associate with.
@@stannetaprospere4301 whether true or not the way young women twerk at every single instant second, they have is counterproductive to any originality whatsoever rendering what these sad clowns do today as busted (some of them) sex objects good for only one thing and that aint good.
If you don't know when to turn certain things off then your maturity and morality levels are in question.
And dressed decently too
Lol I bet your waist is stiff
When it comes to music and entertainment, we're some of the best imitators, nice work.
This group of dancers is one of the greatest and spirited group ever! Nicely done!
I'm 72 and loved dancing to James Brown most of my life along with other similar music, but these kids do the music justice. Just look at those smooth moves! Wow 😊
I absolutely am so in love with this!!! The funk, the soul, the grace.... all doing justice to the awesome music. And vice versa. I can't stop watching this. I hope they have a full song video, and many many more!
So AWESOME!!! I wish James Brown was alive to catch this. It would make him proud. That lady with the yellow pants
has soooo much rhythm. Bravo to the whole group and Moga_ Palmeri.
Someone told me to watch the one on the left but the girl in the Yellow was floating!.
I am not a dancer. But I am astonished. This is gold.
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!! One of the BEST CHOREOGRAPHERS OUT HERE!!!
