I liked the stamping on the foot bit.i did that years ago when a guy got me from behind in a head lock . I had steel toe cap boots on ,and I jammed my heel against his shin bone and ran it hard down his shin and stamped on his foot .Good result ,he let me go fast ,and had to seek medical attention .
