Yup this game is focused on the sea and ships, where as Unity is much more land based. A case of Ubisoft giving people the best of both worlds. I love both types personally :)
Yea its mostly on sailing in your boat in the ocean but dont worry cause you will have a boat btw if u dont like sea then buy brother hood or revalations
