29:00 when a little amount of C02 is passed through lime water it turns into milky due to formation of CaCO3 and passing c02 in excess amount turns the lime water transparent again this is due to the formation of Ca(HCO3)2 (calcium bicarbonate)

Ca(OH)2 is colorless. When it reacts with co2 gas produced in the previous reaction CaCO3 is formed which is a white precipitate. Hence, the color of the solution becomes lime water milky.

When excess CO2 is added, it reacts with calcium carbonate( CaCO3) and water (H2O) to form calcium bicarbonate Ca(HCO3)2 and since it is soluble in water, it dissolves in it making the solution clear again. @Padle tenthies

On passing CO2 in lime water... Lime water turns milky due to formation of insoluble CaCO3 (calcium carbonate) but when we pass excess of CO2 then milkyness disappear due to the formation of colourless, soluble Ca(HCO3)2 (calcium bicarbonate)

when Co2 is passed into lime water it turns milky due to the formation of CaCo3(calcium carbonate) which is insoluble in water and hence turns the lime water milky . But when excess Co2 is passed then formation of Ca(HCO3) (calcium bicarbonate ) Co2+ CaCo3+ H2O = Ca(HCO3)....calcium bicarbonate is soluble in water and thus the lime water which turned milky again changes to transparent water.
