These flats are selling just bcoz they are in Dwarka and its Delhi
if this type of quality is launched somewhere else in gurgaon no one will buy these flats These are pure garbage DDA as a agency is corrupt and given tenders to builders who have not given as promised just look at the quality and finishing of these flats its just Shameful to see such properties in a state like delhi god bless to people who buy and live here they have a big heart there no basic amenities like gym , swimming pool.

Also sitting on top of nala.....which eminates dangerous/ smelling fumes which are not good for human and also for the electronic gadgets like AC and washing machines gets corroded with in a year

Are krishnan bhaiya itne saalo se 50 cigarettes ke barabar ka pollution apne fefdo m khinch rhe ho tab nahi Socha ki delhi ko chhod ke himalaya chale jaye . Ab tumko yaha nala Najar aarha hai. Agar itne pradushan ke baad bhi zinda ho to ye naala se kuch khas nahi badlega bus ha 1 2 saal zindagi ke kam hojynge.

It's bank of Najafgarh and Palam nala or drain so hazardous to your health and electronics appliances because bad gas smells always flow here twenty four hours. I have sell my flat in Akshar dham due to it.
