I retired early on dividend payers. Lgen Bat Imperial Aviva Ukd Bsif Igg Psn Plus a few more. All in a isa generates just short of 37k PA. I try to buy at 52wk lows. Dividend growth PE ratio etc plus trends. My sipp is more disruptive growth stocks Tesla Palantir Nivida Rolls royce AMD Nasdaq Iitu Etc. I then sell when profits are high then i buy blue-chip cheap dividends and rinse and repeat increasing my income portfolio 👍
I've tried investing in various things that didn't work out as I hoped. Now, I'm looking at ETFs as a more reliable option. What are the best 5 ETFs for a beginner looking to invest a lump sum?
@@fredhossan6655 it all depends on you investment goals, but basing around ETFs could be a great approach. Many will just say go for an All World ETF or something that tracks an index like the S&P500
In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader(CFP) here in Horsham, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.
Im all in on growth now, but in the next 25 years or so, im gonna start sequencing into dividend. Also when my parents depart from this world will inherit a lump sum of money. I’d feel more comfortable putting that money in dividend companies as oppose to growth

Thank you so much guys, I already added VOO and QQQM, can you share this Pro with me Jack ?.
Yeah, Pamela Susan Lepore use her name to look her up.
Invest in SPY (ETF) and just let it grow. When you retire, let a broker sell cash-secured put options and covered calls for monthly income.
