The A-S3000 has a more than capable high current build to drive the N-S5000. I was surprised to see the minimum rating Yamaha gave for them was 200 watts but it's probably marketing to make people invest into the 5000 series power amp. You can find the dynamic rating on the A-S3000 is very high for a class AB integrated.
