2024 06 28 Celebrating 50 Years!

My parents purchased this property June 28, 1974. This land was originally purchased by my great-great grandfather in 1882. Over the years it was sold and resold until my parents were able to purchase a portion of it in 1974. Today we celebrate 50 years of having it back in the family.

Happy Anniversary to the 5 acres from 1974. I remember when Mom and Dad bought that land.

Yep. I was 7. It was an exciting time. I wish I had worked at keeping it clear back then. Well, maybe starting in the '80s. it would have made my life, now, much easier.
