It's hard to keep up with rap even if it's in a language you know. You will miss many of the words and understand only part of it. So you need to just listen to the flow of sound, the beat, and the rhyme, and enjoy it from there, because by the time you understand a phrase, it's gone and has been replaced by another one. Just go with flow and let go of your frustration at not knowing the meaning for now. You can probably get a translation or transcription of the lyrics but that's after the performance is long gone and done.
Agree with Mr. Alojipan, numerous foreign reactors have favorably & enthusiastically reacted on this. Same predicament you experienced. Nevertheless they never had so much frustrations you showed. Be it as it may, they still enjoyed their reactions by focusing on the flow of beat & rhythm of the music. The performances e exhibited on the stage. Sadly you're the only one I've watched who kept on harping about the absence of English subtitles. Majority of foreign reactors are aware or would encounter non existence of subtitles, they still base their reactions on total impact, musicality of the videos at hand. No bad vibes here Sir. "Bagsakan" in these context most likely mean "The Drop" or "Beat Drop". Again I feel your dilemma trying to understand the bars. Especially Gloc 9's bars. He raps about life in general and most of his songs/lyrics hit you hard. KZ and Gloc 9 are the 2 Pinoy artists EZ said that he will drop everything in a dime to fly back to Philippines just to make a song with.
