I had the same meaning as u said in the sec.1(2), except Ch.8,10,11 rest of the chapters won't apply to Tribal areas unless the State govt concerned do it by a notification.
But in many videos they wrongly interpreted as only CH.8,10,11 of CrPC will apply in Tribal areas
