Erin this was so thoughtful. So many of us struggle during the holidays. This is going to help so many people. *Including me.*
100%. Between my job, my partner being out of town, and omicron making it too dangerous for my elderly family if I flew over to visit them, this is going to be my 2nd Christmas alone. I'd hoped the lonely Christmas of 2020 was an exception, and it still should be in the long run, but going into round 2 next week dampens most of the normal Christmas joy. I've been watching a lot of videos like this one, and it helps at least a little.

I usually am a big fan of Christmas' season but this end of year was particularly harsh on me : I lost my job, I am placed under disability insurance and they haven't paid me yet, it's been months. So obviously I am kind of exhausted and -ironically- restless. So thank you very much for this video that gives me a little bit of Christmassy feels and helps me to relax a bit. i gotta say, in recent years i've experienced a good ol' Traumatic Event around this time of year that's made me feel very sussed out about christmas as a whole, just looking at the trees tends to put a damper on my mood. i was always a big fan of these christmas videos before that happened though and i didn't want to miss this one, and i am happy to announce this has me feeling entirely comfortable so far. so thank you for that! you have such cool ornaments 🥺

Ever since I was a little kid, I struggled to fall asleep during the week of Christmas. Whether it was excitement or anxiety, I was restless and had to have my parents read me to sleep. Now that I’m older, they don’t do that for me anymore, so having a Christmas Eve tucking in ASMR really helps me wind down and get the rest I need.
