small boats are great for either space and money, not to mention ease of maintenance and durability. that can still keep the life style. don’t fall for luxury big stuff. if it can get you in the water, bring you back home safely, it’s an adventure that worth to do every week.🎉
As outboards get more and more expensive, it becomes more important for them to be reliable. Suzukis are cheap, efficient, reliable, and easy to work on compared to new Mercs right now so the market has spoken, it’s a well-deserved takeover.
I don't know what is going on in Florida or other parts of the country but in the southwest, particularly California, boating is slowly dying out. People who can afford a used boat try to tow them with light duty SUV's and trucks, homes are so expensive and they don't have a place to store the boat (or the driveways for a real truck) and our gas is double what is in most of the country. So many young people don't even know how to install a battery, forget about maintenance. Our launch ramps have been getting less use since the early 90's.
Kalifornia is a train wreck so I imagine people can’t afford a boat, the fuel, the insurance etc. Add in the nut job “environmentalists”, the vitriol they spew for anything using dyno fuel and the regulations designed to be punitive, I can see boating dying…voting has consequences.

YUP! I just keep a bucket on my boat to wash blood off immediately. Funny how the simple items become almost essential on a boat.

Same up here in West coast Canada. Boat shows have been DEAD for years now
I think Callie is slowly vampiring the life out of all its residents.
@@KDMarine We used to have great boat shows in San DIego, now they have a "combined" one for SoCal in Long Beach, assuming that is still happening.

Totally agree, UA-cam usually does that automatically, but sometimes it takes them a couple of days :/ I don't know how to do it manually :(
cheaper boat engines to get you out on the water.
Hydrogen peroxide will get rid of blood and Coca-Cola may work also.
Interesting!
A lot of talk about nothing .
I’ve yet to see these on a decent hull. Its the bayliner of motors 😂
So do you think Mercury is better than Suzuki?
