Hiroyuki Sawano is truly the Titan of Composition
And again, here you are.
Yes !!!!
Fuck u i always see u round guilty crown's moments
Didn’t he make the aot ost
@@farelaristosebastian5789 dude I'm starting to think he is a anime bot or something i see him everywhere and when i say everywhere i mean EVERYWHERE
"Show me a hero and I'll write you a tragedy."
F. Scott Fitzgerald
+One Winged Angel Kaneki Ken
+Anthony Tran if the anime just followed the manga :(
+Monkey D. Bilis I haven't read through the whole manga yet but I can tell by what I have seen already that the manga executes the story better
+Monkey D. Bilis
The anime came first
+TailsMiles249 I'm pretty sure the manga came first
It’s been 8 years and I still come back to listen to this masterpiece. Hiroyuki Sawano is simply built different
This OST was the biggest inspiration for the final chapter of a story I wanted to write. Without this it wouldn't be the same.
Hiroyuki (God) Sawano.

Sitting in my music theory class, one boy across the room starts playing around on piano. He's playing THIS.
I just turn and stare at him, unable to believe I've found another anime (GC, no less!) fan at university like this.
Turns out, I was wearing a GC shirt, and he didn't know if I actually knew what it was or had just bought it because it looked pretty- he played Krone as a test to see :)
Heather Smith That is epic lol
same thing happen to me. I wear a watch with fairy tail symbol because it look awesome. But then I realize one of my classmate are fairy tail fan. And then I got connected into fairy tail because of that person encourage me to watch fairy tail.
This made my day
+Heather Smith Everyone ships you guys now.
+Blue Bird you are one of us xD
Hiroyuki Sawano's music is definitely very impactful, it gives you the feeling that you are fighting against something bigger than yourself. Every work he has done is always in stories that are filled with people who are very helpless, weak but yet, still hopeful and trying. It's like a separate story by itself.
"Something bigger than yourself"
Titans? 😂
This seems like a good place to spread the word: Y'all seen Promare?
I would honestly want a live performance of this. Trust me if you hear live performance it emits a wondrous feeling unlike any other.
+Intech36 I want to play this with full orchestration. But for now I can only suit with a brass ensamble. RIP
@@pablomelecono8540 I would love to collaborate with people like you man XD

It hurts to see a live performance murdering the song. I would rather hear this over and over again.

Life rarely turns out the way you want it to.

_Though that's what makes it interesting.Would you live in a world fully molded by your will? it will get boring...eventually..._
*shatters away in feels*
FFF Inquisition You can be in anything you want in life as long as you're willing to work hard to get it. Finding a way to live life the way YOU want to live it is both the joy and the sorrow of living.
Lurtuzable In other words. working for what you want is more satisfying than simply getting it with no effort whatsoever....damn I need to write these down.
Life's a bitch... Treu sad but true.. *crys thinking "WHY CANT MY LIFE BE PERFICT LIKE ANIME"

*comfortingly hugs,tears starts coming in*
_Do you truly think everything in anime happens perfectly? open your eyes. Nothing goes perfectly. the word perfect only exists to be unreachable by anyone or anything. Reality exists even within the most fictional of crap you can make. In this case, Guilty Crown. it didn't even go the protagonist's way. He wanted to die for japan but he didn't..._
*starts crying*
_..He didn't..._
*cries uncontrollably*
WHY MUST I BE REMINDED OF THIS ANIME AGAIN?!
I don't care if you just don't like anime or whatever but this settles it. Hiroyoki Sawano is one of the greatest if not the greatest composers of all time. Your argument is invalid
Yeah Hiroyoki is good but he still can't compare to Yasuharu Takanashi.
im eating a ham sandwich
MrMudNugget :O
Hiroyoki Sawano + Ryo Supercell = EPIC
Pujiarto Tri Atmaja Hiroyuki Sawano + Yuuki Kaiji......... i can't even begin to imagine it
Guilty Crown. I'm crying so bad.
Guess you are thinking about the same thing I am? Because whenever I listen to this song I always think about my regrets, what I miss in the past, and hopes and dreams crushed...

Yuzuriha Inori come back to me
Yuzuriha Inori WHY DID U LEAVE MY NIGGAH ALONE?!?!?! HE WANTED YOU TO STAY! WHY INORI?!? SHU NEEDED YOU IN HIS LIFE!.
Ik part of her still with him but still. 😭😭
Did anyone else realise that both Code Geass (CG) and Guilty Crown (GC) were written by the same person however the MCs try to destroy and conquer for the opposite reasons, Lelouch for the Zero Requiem and Shu for revenge, and so the both titles have reverse initials? I think thats pretty mad although considering how amazing a writer and creator Ichiro Okouchi is it isn’t hard to believe.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
thanks for telling , i never knew that.
I first heard this back in 2018 while waiting for Attack on Titan season 3 to be animated and released. I was reading the manga chapters here on UA-cam. I was on the part where Levi needed to choose between Armin's life or Erwin's life. This was the song 😢
I think I've never heard something so beautiful...
Obviously krone
Try Kalafina’s
I shed manly tears until 2:52, which was followed by an epic manly battle cry, and an even more epic manly man doing epic manly flips and kicks and cartwheels in my living room.
Saibon Ariya Manako this is a old comment, but... I'm dying.. 😂😂😂
U didn't break anything, right?
@@spikedudeable probably broke his leg :)
I don't remember a single thing about this show but man this song has stayed with me over the years. One of the best.
Episode 6 was an extremely sad episode. I can watch Guilty Crown over and over again and not get annoyed with it. I love it so much.
I can agree with that
4:00 = Explosion of goosebumps all over my body.
It's just the most beautiful sound and transition my ears have ever heard.
I'm absolutely speechless. Wow.
Dooei U GOT CHICKEN POX?
It gave me quite the chills
Watch attack on titan you’ll hear that kind of music all the time ;)
The first 2 notes always fool my mind into thinking its about the be the harry potter theme
I didn't even listen to the song to feel goosebumps when I read this comment. I just knew what it was about. Even in my memory it sounds godlike.
Damn.. can’t believe it’s been 7 years already, and i still love this OST !
Brooo everytime i hear 4:03 im like dawm boy!
TheAnimeBoy 69 yeah bro it always gives me goosebumps
One of my favorite tracks of this anime.
Honestly this was how I found and subbed to this legendary channel 11 years ago... Thanks GC and the legendary Hiroyuki Sawano. Nostalgic....
I've never personally watched this anime but I just got chills big enough that I'm about to start..
This anime is my favorite.
+GreedyLemon it's a pretty awful anime. it's animation and music are top notch, but don't watch it expecting any sort of remotely gripping plot.
+vol This Anime just tried to be Code Geass, however it failed.
+Lukas Lidauer It should really ended with 13 epizodes, the second half was shit
+GreedyLemon Don't listen to any of these people against this anime. It was an amazing anime and had a really good story.
This made me CRY... Somehow I forgot someone, a important person from my childhood and when I try to remember it so hard it makes my head hurt... It causes me pain in the heart so much... It feels like I want to hug that important person from my lost memories...
Well that's maybe sad, but seriously man, who the hell cares?
All the persons who likes this comment cares.
@@_Anlex wow your alive, who cares
After watching so many Animes , it feels like something might have happened as in steins gate ,Kimi no nawa etc that lead you to this point. You only remember the feelings . You know it's important but still can't remember
*4:03** 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏*
*Hiroyuki Sawano! You are truly God Composer.*
Do we live, because we want to live or because we have to life?
Do we survive to live, or live to survive?
does living hurt, or do we hurt, because we are alive?
do we cry because we gave up, or because we still have hope?
What hope you ask?
The hope to stop surviving and start to live.
I love it
😞That was beautiful...
+Richard Roth inori!!
i would marry you if you are a girl
That was so deep
0:01 You're holding your loved one in your arms, red pooling on the floor beneath them from a grisly wound that cannot be staunched. Tears are streaming down your face as you hold your loved one close, you sobs making the air itself shudder in grief. The loved one's last few breaths on this earth begin to form words of thanks, thanking you for the life that you have given them. And with a single, shuddering gasp, their heart beats for the last time in your arms.
2:52 With the body of your loved one in your arms, their eyes unstaring into your own, you turn to face the monster who dared take this person from you. Unbridled fury lights up your eyes at his careless expression, having so easily taken the life of the person nearest and dearest to you. You gently set their body down and rise, reaching for a weapon.
4:01 You know you cannot win the battle before you, the murderer is simply too powerful. Yet you charge them down, tears streaming down your face and a fiery determination in your eyes. You will take this beast down, even if he takes you down with him. The image of your loved one's smiling face set deep in your mind and the promise of seeing them smiling again as your goal, you dive headfirst into the valley of death, and you feel no fear. For you feel the spirit of your loved one beside you, and you know that your time apart is not destined to be a long one. Red pools on the ground around your feet, and you fade away into the sweet abyss.
Sorry, this is just the feeling I get when listening to this, and I felt I had to write it down.
+shadowbrain4814 Don't apologize, I enjoyed your story as accompaniment!
Zach Ricca Thanks, I needed that! I don't normally like writing sad stuff, but I enjoyed writing that one.
bro loved your story
Take away everything a man loves and he'll either become a sorry excuse for a human or a force to be rekoned with.
+Akabayashi To be honest, I'd probably become both. (A sorry excuse for a force to be reckoned with)
I'm back here again, after 7 years. Although I'm not into stories that do not have a vanilla ending, this one is an exception. I think the soundtracks are the main reason why I loved the series despite its flaws and genre.
Episode 19 was my favorite episode of the series. The hype from the mc redeeming himself along with this music was carved into my memory forever.
still listening to this
Hiroyuki Sawano = GOD
Hiroyuki Sawano's all song very good
It sounds like *Vogel* *Im* *Kafig* ! Both sad, epic and, beautiful soundtrack and both from *EPIC* *ANIME* ~

Silver Zenith I heard that the seven deadly sin is just manga so its being adapted into anime now.......When will it be aired?

This anime had a rushed conclusion, it deserved better.
Agree
We can all agree with that, I also think they should of both dissapeared.. I don't understand why he didn't.
haw many episode this anime have . do u remember ?
22 episodes, the anime is divided into 2 arcs, first arc takes place in the first 12 episodes. Its a great anime with great music. You should definetly consider watching it.
They should have end it in episode 11, where it had a good ending. Afterwards they fucked up the story and even killed the best girl...
Why can i only press the " like " button once?

I watched the whole anime because of this vid. Totally worth it!
Plot and characterization nick picking aside, I think the music really confirmed this anime as an A tier at least!
7 years pass.. And it still hits me and saddens my heart. The world is a cruel place.. Cruel yet filled with hope.
This song made me cry over Guilty Crown...again
Those soft lips,
Those fragile thoughts,
Those silent words,
That passionate embrace.
I wish I could have known,
How quickly it could all fade away.
Your voice once so clear,
Became a melody I could no longer hear,
Though I search for you,
I no longer know you,
Though I call for you,
I no longer see you.
How could I forget you?
How could I lose you?
Though I am but a breath,
Though I too shall fade,
Though my voice shall be lost,
It is through hell I shall walk.
Your memory will be my bell,
As I stand at the gates of hell.
I will find you.
+ben orr thank you, yes I did :3.
It really resonated with me. Thank you.
Those words made me cry while listen I to this video ;-;
In case Of rain thank you for this mesmerizing poem 😘
REALLY NICE-NICE-VERY NICE WORK !!! MY ENGLISH IS NOT SOO GOOD OTHERWISE I APPRECIATE FOR YOUR HARD WORK
I'd never seen anime in my life, and wasn't planning to either. But then I stumbled upon this song in one of those "beautiful track compilations" and the song was so good that it made me watch Guilty Crown. Like thats the power of this song
2:52 . Ugggh, gets me everytime!
WHAT IS THAT SOUNDTRACK? I ONLY NEED THAT FOR THE EPICNESS.
1st part aint bad but..
What do you mean? I mean I guess to try to answer umm you can hear some bios in that part? :3
Red CloudNinja I agree that that was the strongest part
So powerful
That feeling you get when you realize you relate more to the villains than the heroes.
Most nostalgic and painful ost since finishing the anime
I believe that what makes this song one of the best if not the best is the fact that it could fit in multiple moods all in one song. I mean if you think about it, when you watch a scary movie it starts out rather peaceful and suddenly takes a turn for the worst and that is what scares us. One example would be the scary maze game, it starts out rather complacent but suddenly turns into a scary face from the exorcism and a sudden scream (by the way I know that was a bit contradicting but so far I have not seen a movie that has yet to scare me like my colleagues). Anyway much like how this song started out with a low tune in the beginning and then somehow or other ends up energizing as one tune stacks up on one another subtly. And the number of times it stacks up smoothly on top of one another is just phenomenal and that is why this is the most emotional piece I have heard thus far. I could honestly say a lot more, but honestly I think if I add anymore than this it will scare away readers lol :))
Conclusion, Sawano Hiroyuki is the best composer for his ability to keep stacking up multiple instruments and tunes of music upon one another thus constantly surprising and appealing to the audience's emotions with each melody shifting so subtly and perfectly stacking upon on each other, So much so that the only word that can match it is just phenomenal.
You nearly scared me away when I clicked "Show More". But I have to agree with you. Sawano Hiroyuki is amazing!
Guilty Crown OST BEST EVER!!! Most emotional!!!
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
I don’t even remember the story in this anime, I just remember this song. It drags me back in time
Hiroyuki Sawano is life.
Cant believe its almost 11 years... Time runs quickly
from 2:52 till the end is bloody amazing. that tension. The drums. the staccato violins. Then the brass comes in to lay heavy on your feels. The slow build man. Its epic.
A shame the anime is meh, this soundtrack is gold.
Burniebear123 that is Hiroyuki Sawano for you, he can make a doo doo butter anime be good because of the soundtrack he composes.
The first tune drops and my tears are already down
Sawano Hiroyuki can always hit the deepest part of our hearts with music
Im here every year to listen and recall the good old days.
just realized guilty crown was made in 2011, like damm that art is better than most anime now.
Hiroyuki Sawano always creates a work that's a masterpiece
3:46 Brilliant...
This is so beautiful it brings a tear to my eye.
I'm going to use my friend's description for this, but the ending of this song(starting at 2:52, and especially at 5:00) its like i want to go accomplish cool things but do ballet while i do it....
well, when i hear this song... i just felt like.... i was in a dark place...
how can i describe it...
i just close my eyes and i was completely became overwhelmed by my thought
but i'm not alone, someone was with me, holding my hand.
and then i snap back to reality when the music finished...

Oh my....I'm almost cry because of this song
This is so Great....I Love this Song
Hiroyuki really makes the most beautiful music. He also composed many songs for attack on titan and they're all my favourites. he's so talented.

Just imagine a place where it is so peaceful and calm you can't believe how it feels and how amazing the world can be and know that someone will love you and fight while you will do the same for them
I really am feeling nostalgic to the days when orcesteral music sounded like this. I wish that this trend of music comes back in 2020.
Already 15 seconds into the track and I get intense chills.
2023 y regreso para escuchar esta increíble joya! Huuuummm.... Creo que volveré a ver el anime Guilty Crown para disfrutarlo como tiene que ser!! xD
"Truly an elegant masterpiece"
В такие моменты понимаешь, что музыка - одно из величайших сокровищ мира. Она касается твоей души, и ты чувствуешь это так ясно, так ярко... до слез, до боли в груди - и это прекрасно.
The most special song to me. Easily my favourite of all time, and is the sole reason why Sawano is my favourite composer ever. This song is just a masterpiece in every conceivable way.
Seeing this in my recommendations and it takes me back to the good o'l days

This piece of art, is seriously captivating. It really tells a story through your ears with no words - just a heart wrenching tune. We need more music like this seriously. This just convinced me to watch the anime.
PLEASE NO SPOILERS
This song it simply unforgetable it will be forever stuck in my heart and I didn't even watch the anime yet but since apparently Yuki kaji (my favorite va) have the role of the mc I might watch it. ❤
my first time listening to this...anime is the gift that keeps giving for me😍
This song is one of the best things you can listen... Usually when I feel sad or I have some stress, I close my eyes and put this song... and then I always feel so good that I get goosebumps!
Just appreciate the music even if it comes from something you don't enjoy.
How is this so good, I have never even watched Guilty crown (only 1 episode) but this Song just hits me with its sadness and emotions, I didn’t even know it was possible to get emotional like this over a piece of music you have no attachment to
That's the power of piano and violin. Most commonly used emotional instruments. Can turn emotions upside down within a few seconds. And we still have no clue why some music plays with our emotions. Of everything in the universe, the human brain may be the strangest thing ever created
The anime is a masterpiece in its depiction its characters. Almost all the main characters at some point made a mistake in their life and they had to learn to live with it and learn from it. The anime shows us that heroes are definitely not perfect. Heroes are heroes because they are able to bear with the pain life offers them and rise from that.
this is a masterpiece
0:28 omg here my heart start melting ✨
I love how emotional and powerful this ost sounds. One of my personal favourite so far.
How can this one anime soundtrack be more emotional and beautiful than all film soundtracks?
RIP to all the characters that died in Guilty Crown, Shu Ouma will never be the same again...
I saw this show in pieces like what 5 or 6 yrs ago.
I don't remember shit about it except for the music.
The OPs,Bios and this one.
Sawanno is truly a god at composition.
Excuse me...I'm going to go cry... ;-;
Im crying way to much right now ;)
Honestly this is the best soundtrack I’ve ever heard.
4:03 best part
35 heartless people can't appreciate true composition
I listen to a lot of anime OSTs - probably more then is considered healthy for any anime fan - but this, this right here is my number one. It's filled with both tragedy and beauty, that crystallizes at its peak then shatters into a roaring wave of pure awesome power. By the end of the song, I've been swept to another world, never to be seen in this one again.
One of my all time favorites!
Never fails to give me the chills
