I am 58 years old. I took delivery of Himalayan BS6 rock red colour last month. I get 25 kmpl in city and 32 kmpl on highway. I use it daily for commuting to office and is very comfortable. I love the ride on my Himalayan.

Don't cross more than 40Kmph u can get 35kmpl in city, I changed my himalayan from 411 to 650 still I get good millage

I booked October month still they are telling some reasons no production
very simple & good review. anybody can easily decide whether to buy this bike or not. I actually booked Himalayan but later cancelled it & booked Meteor. Engine heat, Pillion seat height was my concern as I wanted to buy for daily commute & touring. My wife/mother were not comfortable with Pillion seat height. I would surely buy Himalayan, later in 5 years down the line. I would be more happy if it comes with 650 cc engine. This is a Dream Bike.

Wear proper riding pants and take the bike. The engine heat is very well managed for a air cooled engine. But after the 1st service, the heat will be low. If u cry for Himalayan, then interceptor with the new engine is like tandoori oven. After 1st service, nothing seen. Mention 3rd party insurance, RSA, extended waranty anything like that 🤔🤔
