- Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland speaks with reporters after a virtual meeting of Canada's first ministers. The meeting was called to address U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s threat to impose a 25 per cent on all imports from Canada if certain border issues aren’t addressed.
Minister Freeland is joined at the press conference on Parliament Hill by Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc.
