APW Rise (03/18/21) | Carson Drake vs. Justin Xavier (Best of 5 - Match 1)

As announced yesterday, there is a new APW RISE title. Rise host, Oliver Parker, has stated this will be determined between the two “muchachos” Carson Drake and Justin Xavier in a best of 5.
While we were all set for Match 1, Drake reminded Xavier that he already has a win over him (the qualifier for February’s ladder match).
They’ve placed a little bonus wager on this match, so let’s see who gets the upper hand in the series!
