I came here to mourn. The last days I felt that burden of loss. Strange how even the passing of someone you don't know personally can effect you so strongly. Sweet dear beautiful special talented Patricia, we will miss you so much, and we are sad of all the future promises now unfulfilled.
I met Patricia many times, travelling from the UK it's only a 2 hour plane trip, but I didn't know her well. She was always humble and I believe she truly appreciated the support of her international fans. I do find it very hard watching her now especially where I was in the audience.

But when I find courage to click, I am always impressed, and I always feel a connection and feel the richness of having known her from a far distance but with the directness of this medium. And then I force myself to not only feel sadness, but also cherish her talent and the joy she was able to give to the world.

Über die Qualität ihres Gesacges ist schon an vielen Stellen geschrieben worden: Ein Engel singt mit einer Wärme in der Stimme, die mich begeistert. Zur Begleitung eine Harfe findet man selten. Das Bühnenbild mit dem roten Nebel, ihr Standplatz mit weißem Nebel und aus dem Nebel erhebt sich ihr Rockteil wie eine Wolke - könnte gut als Brautkleid durchgehen.
