This kinda makes me understand why people dodge or block my attacks so easily. The people here mostly throw light attacks but when I spar I literally throw my entire body weight on every punch and kick.

Hey can you explain why the fighters don’t wear headgear? Fighters like mayweather and Amir khan all wear headgear is that because it’s different to boxing? I just need some help in deciding weather I should wear headgear or not, Cheers
that is for you to research and make the call. a lot of muay thai fighters dont wear head gear there is some that believe its more dangerous, and likewise some believe it helps. you dont get punched as much in muay thai in comparison to boxing but its best to do what you feel is best.

Yep he never stops coming at you. A totally different style. Thats the beauty of seeing these spar as they all have different backgrounds/styles.

I don't know, but i have done the same back when my shin was hurt. A reminder that i cannot kick with that leg :)
thats it, if you have no shin guard on you probably know not to throw that leg and likewise with your opponent he may not target that leg so much.
