This is the start of a new boat building project where I'll be building a 22ft Richard Woods Janus catamaran in my garage.

I am nearing completion of my PhD. I finish in 2022 and will dedicate myself to building this catamaran.

Thank`s for posting your build! I`m just getting things together to build my own Woods Cat here in the UK. Struggling to find somewhere (sensibly priced) close to the ocean but I`ll get there! It`d be great if you could turn the music down so the emphasis is on you and the boat? :-)

Ahoy me ole matey aaron.
I be gettin' ready fer these catamarans t' sail the wild seas o' Karamea bight. I've been thinkin' o' the width o' me skins fer me bulk head. Would ye recommend 1.2 or 1.3 millimetres?

I’m curious , I’m assuming both sides are identical, why not make both sets of bulkheads at the same time and store 1/2 until your ready for them? You’re already setup and in the groove of bulkhead building.
