Adobe Premiere Pro is a professional video editing software developed by Adobe Inc. It is widely used in the film, television, and video production industries for editing, color correction, audio post-production, and more. Premiere Pro offers a comprehensive set of features, including advanced video and audio editing tools, sophisticated color grading options, motion graphics support, and seamless integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
In Adobe Premiere Pro, the primary cutting tool is the "Razor Tool" (C key). The Razor Tool allows you to cut clips at specific points on the timeline, enabling you to trim and edit your video footage. Here's how you can use the Razor Tool:
    Select the Razor Tool:
Press the "C" key on your keyboard to activate the Razor Tool.
Alternatively, you can find the Razor Tool in the toolbar on the left side of the Premiere Pro interface.
    Cutting Clips:
Click on the timeline at the point where you want to make a cut. This will split the clip into two separate segments.
    Selecting and Deleting Segments:
After making a cut, you can select the individual segments by clicking on them.
Press the "V" key to switch back to the Selection Tool, which allows you to move, delete, or adjust the selected segments.
    Deleting a Segment:
With the Selection Tool active, select the segment you want to delete.
Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard to remove the selected segment.
    Ripple Delete:
To close the gap created by deleting a segment, you can use the "Ripple Delete" function.
Hold down the "Shift" key and then press the "Delete" key. This will delete the selected segment and close the gap without leaving an empty space.
    Import Your Audio File:
    Open your Premiere Pro project.
In the Project Panel, right-click in the empty space and choose "Import."
Locate and select your music file, then click "Import."
Create a New Audio Track (Optional):
If your timeline doesn't have an audio track yet, you may need to create one.
Right-click on an empty space in the timeline, choose "Add Tracks," and select "Audio."
Place the Audio Clip on the Timeline:
Drag the imported audio file from the Project Panel and drop it onto the audio track in the timeline.
    Adjusting the Audio Clip:
To adjust the volume, you can use the "Audio Gain" feature.
Right-click on the audio clip in the timeline.
    Choose "Audio Gain."
Adjust the gain as needed to control the volume.
    Trimming the Audio Clip:
Use the Razor Tool (C key) to cut the audio clip at specific points if you need to trim it.
Delete or move segments using the Selection Tool (V key).
    Fading In and Out:
To create a fade-in or fade-out effect, use the "Constant Power" audio transition.
    Go to the Effects Panel.
Search for "Constant Power" and drag it to the beginning or end of the audio clip.
    Adding Keyframes (Optional):
If you want to adjust the volume at specific points, you can add keyframes.
Toggle the track's visibility by clicking the arrow to the left of the audio track in the timeline.
Click the stopwatch icon next to "Volume" to enable keyframing.
Add keyframes by clicking the volume line and dragging it up or down at specific points.
