this is not "singing" this is called "tajweed", it sounds melodious because there is rules when reciting lets say, add this to the fact that arabic is a very very eloquent language and the fact the quran contains many rhymes you then obtain this

Well, it's not tajweed, it's called tarrannum, tajweed is rule for how to pronounce the words of the Quran, and tarrannum is how you want to put melodies in your recitation

It is not music but a recitation of the Quran, the Quran is recited with rules called Tajweed (embellishment) which are unique to the Quran (the quran was revealed in this way) the Bible has no method of recitation, the choir or choral was created around the 16th century so much later

The Qur'an has a default set of rules for recitation called 'tajweed' it is also preserved with the Qur'an from the time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

The more I listen to Kelly, the more I realise how wise she is sometimes. Calm and humble, which as a first impression makes you think she is not a heavy thinker. But I am noticing some pearls dropped by her, which took so long for me to understand. I pray you both have a happy life and afterlife.
Qur'an is oral tradition in Arabic, the most eloquent language in the world. We have tajweed, teelawah, tahseen, etc. And you have to imagine how God would speak, because it is God's words. That's why the recitation sounds melodious.

It is not singing, but in fact a linguistic miracle. Even when the Qur’an was revealed to the Arabs, they saw and heard some of the words for the first time and understood them even if they had never heard of them before. The poets thought that the Prophet Muhammad was a magician when he read the Qur’an to them.

It is very interesting how you perceive the recitation of the Quran as singing. There is a video by 'ManyProphetsOneMessage' called "Prophet Muhammad SAWS and Madinah in the Bible" on the descriptions/mentions of the Prophet in the Bible. In that video, the prophecy is described as " See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to *Sing to the LORD a new song* , his praise from the ends of the earth"....

It is a form of a recitation called Tilawat. It said that you should try to recite the Qur'an in the most beautiful way possible. This is very common in the huffaz community ( the memorizers of Qur'an who in singularity called a Hafiz e Quran) it is done in such a beautiful way to read the Qur'an that one can compare the recitation to songs . But does not leave you feeling anxious.

The prophet (pbuh) told us we are supposed to beautify our voices when reciting but the are specific rules to follow based on the Grammer and vowels and phonetic rules that only are applied to the quran. The rules are technically a part of the quran and contribute further to its inimitability
