Hailey, thank you so much for sharing this pattern and instructions. This one is right up my ally!! January is a no buy month for me ,must use my stash!! STAY SAFE AND WARM EVERYONE THIS WEEKEND 🙏🙏💗
To mark long lines for stitching HST’s or quilting lines, I purchased a 4-foot long aluminum ruler from a home improvement store. I saw online that Harbor Freight has them for a low price, but I don’t know their quality. This is much more economical than buying very large rotary cutting rulers. You can use a pen, chalk, or a hera marker. For added length, you can butt a quilting ruler up to the end of the metal ruler. Of course, you can’t use a rotary cutter with the aluminum ruler, but it works very well for marking.

This will be great for that! You'll also love my next video in 2 weeks - it's another low waste fat quarter quilt!
Thank you for the pattern, I really enjoy your channel
I am going to try butting two rulers end to end for the initial cutting. Thanks for the pattern! Can’t wait to try this with my stash of FQs.
Putting two rulers together is a great idea!
Such a pretty star! Thank you!
Thank you, Hailey for the pattern and instructional video. I have quite a few fat quarter bundles that would be perfect for this pattern.

Yes! Love that idea!
That's exactly what came to my mind..... and do a small row on top and bottom of smaller star blocks to make it rectangle instead of square. 😊
Thank you Hailey😊
