Fire Maple products are by far some of the most reliable in the game. I've been running that X3 cook pot for 4 years with no issues.

on a quick note, some of you have been DMing me about a little issue with a nut coming out at the bottom of the plunger. I ran into this issue as well and I put a dab of hot glue from a hot glue gun around the nut and it works like a charm. I will let fire maple know this issue and hopefully they will tighten those tolerances. ✌️

Does the inside of yours have a bolt thread to screw in plunger part you push down on? Mine doesn’t and it won’t stay together when I push it down to make the coffee.
Yes, it should have a little nut in a ziplock bag.
I hope you find it, if not you can get one at your local hardware store.
I found it. But put it in there and it still falls out. User error probably 🤦♀️
