15:30 16:30 I don't understand why the nails don't poke through to the feet?
We add a last to the boot that stops any nails from going through! You will be able to see a 'last' at 10:00 . This gets put into the boot and is the form that the boot is shaped around. The last has a metal plate on the footbed that bends the nails backwards into the boot. This is called "clinching" the nails.
